Feedbackless system

The reason why I don't like trackpad is feedbackless.
A flick doesn't return reaction from the trackpad, then I have to check whether this action has completed properly for every time I do this, which makes me stop thinking what I'm now doing.
I need reaction from the action I do.
A sound is enough to me, but the system doesn't support any kind of such sound feedback for trackpads.

Getting accustomed to a trackpad

I have been trying to use a trackpad on my Mac for one mont, but still feel awkward to use it.

It's quite confusing to recognize what the mode of point is now, and get irritated as much as to throw it away.

The most likely accident is unexpected flick on somewhere I don't know.

And second is drag operation with 'double-click to start and double-click to stop'.

But I still believe in my ability to learn to use it as deep as I use without consciousness.

Any problem that I can overcome in the end could appear in front of me.

Travel to Budapest

Two weeks left before my departure to Budapest to participate an international conference.

This time, I will have every dinner at restaurants in the town.

I don't have dinner when I stay aboard in my business trip since it is difficult to go out to find a restaurants by myself.

To stay in a town where I want to come back again with my wife during my off is a good chance to make experiments to know about a way of enjoying our stay.

Food is an important factor how the trip is impressive: Good food means good memory of our trip.

Since I don't know the language spoken in Budapest and I don't have time to learn it before my trip, English is the only way to communicate with people.

I wish they can understand and they would have enough interest to understand what I would to talk to them in the restaurants I would have a table for my dinner.

Nothing to know about

I'm thinking about the situation of everyday lives of ordinary people in Tokyo. It seems to be getting worse and worse, but those news have not been reported on any channels of TV, Radio, and newspapers. They have sent many programs produced to make people's mind calm down, never to say any bad news that cannot be treated by technologies that Japan has in their own hands.

Sometimes I become very afraid in spite to understand such a kind of emotions doesn't give us an ability to have a broad view of current situation where we are standing in.

Many uncertain information make us confuse to prevent us from acting intuitively to ask for safety of our lives.

I don't want no more information.

Twitter is more useful than blogger

I feel easy to use to make a entry on twitter than blogger because the number of words. The number was so small in twitter that I can put words of my feeling without any stress. This maybe one of major reasons for twitter to have its popularity in the world. Even if you're English native speaker, the composition of a sentence must be time consuming and sometimes make you irritated to squeeze just expressions what you feel.

English Blog Writing

I've never have any lessons of English writing nor blog writing. I don't know manor of blogs. So, this blog is my trial.

I don't have any custom to read paper, magazine, books, or web in English. Sometimes I have to do that,

but I tried to do it as small as possible because it takes quite much longer time to read compared with doing that in Japanese, almost two or three times.

After I began this blog, I try to make a time to read some articles on BBC web to know how to write.

I found that every sentence have a blank line after its bodies, which make the sentence easier to read on the screen. The way of showing sentence is not as same as real-papers, or it must be changed to accommodate for the computer screen.

The web system was developed in English. Since the developers' native language maybe also English or language written by alphabet, any pages appearing on the screen must be shown easy to understand.

But that is not be true, which is interesting to me.

A matter of taste

I was walking in Akihabara, one of the most famous town of electric appliance shops, game shops, and Anime shops, to buy some parts such as screws, electric parts. There, I saw a group of tourist (not Japanese, maybe US or EU countries) asking a girl in a costume known as Meido-san, maid fashion in Victorian age. I listened to their conversation as I was passing by. I was interested in the Maid-fashioned girl whether she was able to talk in English.

I found that they told in Japanese! She explained how to use a Maid-Cafe where she's working at, such as cost and how to order, and what kind of service they would be served there. A-ha, the tourists seemed to try to enjoy the newest popular culture born in Akihabara.

I've visited Akihaba since I was a child and I saw the town changing with respect to economy and popular culture in Japan. When I was a child, most shops in Akihabara dealt with electric appliances such TV set, Autodio. When I was junior and high school student, the number of computer shop was increasing. Now the view of the main street has changed: most of shops deal with game and Japan-animation goods such as figure of characters.

I feel very interesting that there's people coming from outside Japan who are interested in Otaku cultures. I was convinced that there aren't major difference among people where they were born as we think. A matter of taste is greater than culture of countries.

Why Blogger?

Why do I start using this blogger service ?

The reason for it is to use a new service of my favorite blog software. The name of it is SYNC that is a new function added to BiND. BiND is the greatest tool for publishing web pages as far as I know.

SYNC of BiND has functions that can take blogs on the blogger into the website that has designed and uploaded with BiND as a part of the pages. BiND updates the blogs automatically when the blogs on the blogger are updated. We don't have to care the blogs parts of our BiND web pages anymore.

As I'm going to use that function, I started up my blog here.

Which Lang should I use ?

English is not my mother tongue. I don't like to use it, even if I must do it. Lesser I have chance to use it, poorer my English will become. That's quite natural. I know it, even more, I agree that.

Taking my age into account, now is the last chance to have time to study English. I have lived quite happily without English speaking nor writing, which means English is not critical element of my life. But I have still curiosity enough to want to learn and master what I cannot do it.

I made up my mind to try writing some pieces of my Blog in English.

This is the reason why now my blog on this site was published in English.

I don't know how many days for my to get accustom with to do it freely. Three months, one year, or more? My guess is about half a year. In most cases when I got well to do something were about six months, so this English case will be the same. I hope so...

This is my first blog on the google blog service. Unfortunately, my favorite name for my blog was not allowed to use (someone has already used). chesignifica, is the only Italian phrase that I can use and know the meaning of it: What is it? From now on, I'm going to write blogs in Japanese, and this is the first and also the last diary written in English.
